Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30816)

Location: Near Perth, Western Australia

Entry Requirements: Australian Year 10 (or equivalent) IELTS 4.5 overall (or equivalent)

Duration Total: 48 weeks (40 weeks study + 8 weeks break) Two Semesters

Tuition Fees: Australian $10,300 Resource Fee: $1,500 (Including Uniform, Tool Kit and other resources)

Installment Plan: 4 Installments (Every 10 weeks)

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (SIT40516)

Location: Near Perth, Western Australia

Entry Requirements: Australian Year 11 (or equivalent) IELTS 5.0 overall (or equivalent) Completion of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or obtain RPL or credit transfer for required

Duration Total: 26 weeks (22 weeks study +4 weeks break) One Semester

Tuition Fees: Australian $4,950 Resource Fee: $400

Installment Plan: 2 Installments Every 10 weeks

Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50416)

Location: Near Perth, Western Australia

Entry Requirements: Australian Year 12 (or equivalent) IELTS 5.5 overall (or equivalent) Completion of Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or obtain RPL or credit transfer for required units

Duration Total: 30 weeks (24 weeks study +6 weeks break) One Semester

Tuition Fees: Australian $5,600 Resource Fee: Australian $500

Installment Plan: 2 Installments Every 10 weeks

Intake Dates: 14/01/19-11/08/19, 15/04/19-08/11/19, 15/07/19-09/02/20, 21/10/19-17/05/20

Timing / Loading: 20 hours/week, Specific days will be advised during orientation
